Commitment to the industry

Although other construction companies have cut their apprenticeship programmes, the dedication of AA Building Services to the sector has seen us sustain and expand our programme. On our permanent staff we maintain a ratio of one apprentice to every four carpenters. When on board, trainees spend four years studying first-hand the tools of the trade in a friendly learning atmosphere with us.

Learned skills cover the full range of construction activities, from on-site carpentry to detailed joinery work at our factory. AA Building Services apprentices have a comprehensive education in the trade at the conclusion of their apprenticeship, setting a solid basis for a better future.
